TENTATIVE DAILY SCHEDULE FOR MAKING IN MICHIGAN KNITTING RETREAT
THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 24
- Welcome to the party! Please check in, grab your neck wallet lanyard from the registration desk (Day Students too). We’re so glad you’re here!
- Check in time is 3:00pm. We’ve reserved room xxx as our hang-out place for today. Bring your knitting and meet some new friends!
- 4:00pm: please mosey over to the Manor House for our cash bar. You will be able to purchase an adult beverage, pick up your Swag Bag, and chat with old friends, and meet new ones!
- 5:00pm: Please find your way to the Dining Hall, just outside the patio for our Welcome Dinner. Opening Remarks by Wild Onion.
- 6:00pm: Dinner will be served, followed by Laura Dobratz’s lecture, TBA.
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 25
- 7:45am – 8:45am: Breakfast in the Dining Hall
- All Day: Hang out knitting rooms are TBD.
- 9:00am – 11:30pm: Yarn Market
- 11:45pm – 1:45pm: Lunch in the Dining Hall, followed by a discussion with Lyrical Knits regarding her exclusive retreat pattern.
- 2:00pm –5:00pm: Class Time
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Manor House patio for our cash bar
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner at the Dining Hall
- 7:30pm– 9:00pm: Hangout and Knit with the Instructors in the TBD room
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26
- 7:45am – 8:45am: Breakfast in the Dining Hall
- All Day: Hang out knitting rooms are TBD.
- 9:00am – 12:00pm: Class time w/ 20 minute break for in class shopping (Tellybean Stripes)
- 12:15pm – 1:15pm: Lunch
- 2:00pm – 4:30pm: Yarn Market
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Manor House for our cash bar
- 6:00pm – 7:30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall, followed by needle felting project
- 7:30pm – 9:00pm: Hangout and Knit with the Instructors in the classrooms
