We’re calling this Summer Camp for knitters (no sleeping bags involved, though)! Come learn about the newest Casapinka MKAL pattern’s stitches and knit the first clue before it’s published. We’ll hike, kayak, learn some fun new techniques (cable without a cable needle! German Short Rows! Speed knitting!) all while sitting by the lake enjoying the view.

Single Room

Double room features 2 Queen beds OR a King bed with a Full bed in a separate room OR a King bed with a living area featuring a pull-out sofabed.

Cottage Triple Room

$2,485

Listed price is per rommate.
Cottages feature a living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed; Bedroom #2 has bunked Full and Twin beds.
If Cottages fill up, we may be able to reserve a Bunkhouse, which has the same bed configuration without the living room/kitchenette. Contact us for more information.

Accommodations

All resort fees, taxes, and tips are included with your reservation. The resort features 2 pools, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and plenty of dock and patio areas for knitting the day away!

Space is limited for this retreat due to the intimate setting of the resort. Please register below to reserve your spot. We can’t wait to welcome you to this special retreat!

meals

On the first night, join us for a Welcome Cocktail Party down at the dock, followed by a private dinner. All dinners are included, as are coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and cookie breaks. There are restaurants on site for you to purchase breakfast and lunch. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. We’ll host a Farewell Dinner at a special restaurant with views of the local waterfalls.

Prizes and Swag

Each reservation includes a luxury Swag Bag, and during the event we will have plenty of opportunities to earn more prizes! Sharon has been working on some Super Sekrit Project that she told us needs a prize, so come ready to play!

Classes with Casapinka

Join knit designer Casapinka in class as she demonstrates the stitches that will be used in this year’s MKAL!

You will receive the pattern free as part of the retreat, and we will be knitting the first clue together during our stay, a week before publication! Join us for some technique classes, like cabling without a cable needle, German short rows, and Speed Knitting. We’ll also knit a friendship bracelet, because this is Summer Camp, and that’s what you do at camp!

Yarn Market

Visit our on-site yarn market, curated by Casapinka, where you’ll be able to purchase MKAL kits and so much more! We’re really excited about the yarn we’re bringing to the market, and we know you will be, too!

We’ll have yarn-winders available, so you can wind and knit ASAP!

Plenty of Knitting

Of course, we’ve made plenty of time for knitting!

Enjoy the views on the dock or porch during the day, then after dinner, we’ll make S’mores and chat by the firepit in the evening.
